"Lauren is my hero. For sure she is amazing at her job but that only scratches the surface of how incredible she is. Her patience seems unlimited, her kindness is extraordinary, more so considering she sells insurance. I got a great rate for auto and home insurance, I’m saving hundreds of dollars compared to the insurance company I did business with for 7 1/2 years (a company that never had to pay a cent for a claim yet still kept raising my premiums with every renewal). Lauren not only quoted me better rates, my new policies are actually superior to the ones I was being overcharged for. Sorry Flo, but you’re fired."

"Johanna has been very helpful, knowledgeable and tried getting my premium lowered. Very patient with my hundreds of questions.. and personable. Update: was told they would cover me, asked CS When can I cancel my other insurance, was told by her that I could do it now, so I canceled my other insurance, subsequently a few days later she called to tell me that they could not cover me because of a flood claim in April 24... My other insurance would not let me go back to them.. so I was stuck due to poorly trained CS... I was never asked if I had a prior claim, our conversation asking questions was recorded, I spoke with owner, he listened to conversation and said ..no she DID NOT ask about claims... Then I could not get coverage with normal premiums had to go to state coverage my monthly premium went from around 130. To 700+ ..did finally after a couple of months researching, many hours and stress found for somewhat less than 700.. Filed complaint with state insurance board .. agent owner lied and said his employee asked me about claims and I said none... I'm still going through refiling with the state insurance board ... waiting for proof that I supposedly lied, which I didn't ."
